Shipping Rates & Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders over €100. For orders below €100, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated Delivery Times Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Worldwide Shipping We ship to customers worldwide! 🌍 Please note that international orders (outside the EU) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
